Returns and Adjustments
My goal is to ensure the piece of jewellery you receive is the piece you wear for the rest of your life. I build these rings to outlive us both, and my policies reflect that confidence.
1. THE 30-DAY CONNECTION GUARANTEE (WEAR IT)
Jewellery is meant to be worn, not looked at in a box. You cannot know if a piece is truly yours until you have lived with it.
The Promise: You are welcome to wear your piece for up to 30 days. Take it into the ocean, wear it to work, live your life in it.
Exchange / Store Credit: If you don’t feel a connection with the piece after 30 days, simply return it to the studio in the next 30 days. This gives you 60 day return window all up. I will polish it back to new and issue you a full store credit or exchange for a different design that feels right.
Note: As pieces are made-to-order, I do not offer cash refunds for change of mind. However, your credit never expires.
2. THE 99-YEAR RESTORATION WARRANTY
Urban Sterling pieces are built to be heirlooms. My warranty is simple and absolute: I will keep your ring wearable for life.
Comprehensive Restoration: Whether it’s a manufacturing defect or life just happens, if you bend it out of shape at the gym (don’t wear your rings at the gym by the way, it’s very dangerous), dent it on a railing, or wear the details down over decades, I will restore it.
The Cost: Free. You only pay for shipping to the studio. I will handle the reshaping, refinishing, and structural restoration to get it back to its original glory.
3. THE FIT GUARANTEE (SIZING)
To eliminate sizing issues entirely, I strongly recommend utilising the “Unsure (Send me a sizer)” option if you don’t already know your size. This allows me to ship a complimentary sizing kit to you first, ensuring 100% accuracy before production begins.
However, if you proceed with a specific size and the ring requires adjustment upon arrival, you have one free resize credit with every order. After that, resizing is $150 AUD.
