How It Works
Your order includes a warranty card with your unique order number and warranty period. Should your piece ever need attention:
- Contact me with your order details
- Ship your piece back (I’ll cover shipping back to you)
- I’ll restore, repair, or replace as needed
- Your refreshed piece will be returned, ready for the next chapter of its story
The Fine Print (There Isn’t Much)
This warranty covers virtually everything except intentional damage and loss. Wear your Urban Sterling pieces during life’s adventures. They’re made to be present for your story, not locked away in a jewellery box.
While I stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece, I cannot replace lost jewellery. For practical reasons, there’s simply no way to verify lost items, and each piece is individually handcrafted with its own subtle character and story.
