SHIPPING & PRODUCTION

I don’t keep stock sitting in a warehouse. Every piece is created from scratch when you order.

1. Wax Model: I create the wax model here in the Newcastle studio.

2. Casting: The wax is cast into solid Argentium  by my partners in Sydney.

3. Hand-Finishing: The raw cast returns to the bench where I file, sculpt, sand, oxidise, and polish it by hand.

4. Dispatch: I sign the certificate, wax seal the documents, and ship it directly to you.

It takes a little longer than buying off the shelf, but it means your ring was made specifically for you.

ESTIMATED TIMELINES

These are rough estimates based on current studio capacity. I highly recommend checking the front page for more accurate estimates.

• Rings: ~7–12 Business Days (AU/NZ) / 15–20 Days (International)

• Chains: ~4–5 Business Days (AU/NZ)) / 7-11 business days (International)

Note: To reduce waste, chains ordered with rings will ship together in one package once the ring is finished. 

Please note that orders to the EU will likely be charged VAT at customs.

SIZING (Buy Now, Size Later)

If you don’t know your size, please don’t guess :). Select “Unsure (Send me a sizer)” when adding to cart.

1. I send the sizer first: It ships via Express Post immediately within Australia. If you’re ordering from the US, Germany, Canada, or the UK, I’ll have it to you within 1-2 days usually via the Amazon network.

2. You confirm the fit: Once it arrives, find your size and reply to your order email or use the chat bubble down the bottom to get in touch.

3. I start the build: Production begins the moment I get your size.

International Orders: If you’d rather be measured before ordering, I recommend visiting a local jeweller to get sized. It should be free.

I don’t use plastic bags or cheap fillers. Everything ships in premium, sustainably sourced Buckram cardboard.
